China's Shandong Electric Power Construction No. 3 Company (Sepco 3) and South Korea's Doosan Enerbility have signed a contract worth KRW930bn ($683m) with Jabel Power for the 1,700MW Misfah combined-cycle gas turbine power plant in Oman. The contract runs from August 2026 to April 2029.
