APRIL and Alcoa form joint venture Asia Alcoa Seals for metal closure manufacturing
Asia Pacific Resources International Limited (APRIL) and Alcoa Corporation announced a joint venture, Asia Alcoa Seals Pte. Ltd., to manufacture aluminum beverage closures. The JV targets a combined annual production capacity of 12.4 billion closures by end-2026, with manufacturing hubs in China, Vietnam, and Thailand.
