Kirk Kapital-owned Dansk Træemballage has acquired AB Karl Hedin Emballage, the packaging division of AB Karl Hedin, with 10 production sites in Sweden and one in Estonia. The packaging division had SEK 600m revenue in 2023; the deal value was not disclosed.
DTE Group has agreed to purchase Dansk Eksport Emballage ApS, located in Føvling near Vejen, which has about 50 million DKK turnover and about 40 employees, and will become a department of Dansk Træemballage.
