Chengdu Meenyi Electronic Technology

PATEO CONNECT Technology agreed to acquire roughly 70% of Chengdu Meenyi Electronic Technology, a Chinese integrated circuit designer, for up to US$192.5 million in cash. The deal pushes PATEO into high-speed optical communication chips and high-performance analog chips for AI data centers.
