National Vacuum Equipment announced further investment in new automated machinery at its Traverse City, Michigan factory to increase manufacturing capacity for industrial vacuum equipment.
Atlas Copco agreed to acquire National Vacuum Equipment Inc., a Traverse City, Michigan manufacturer of industrial vacuum pumps and packages for tanker trucks with about 100 employees. The price was not disclosed and closing is expected in Q3 2022.
