ONDE S.A., a renewable energy and power sector company, signed a preliminary conditional agreement to acquire 100% of shares in OLMEX S.A., a power equipment supplier and grid construction/modernization company, for a base price of 38 million PLN plus an earn-out of up to 10.3 million PLN.
