Vi.Pa. Srl

HEXPOL AB entered into an agreement to acquire Vi.Pa. Srl from the Paolini family for approximately €143.5 million on a cash and debt-free basis. The acquisition includes VIPA Group companies and will strengthen HEXPOL's thermoplastics compounding business.
