CAREL Industries completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Cotes A/S and Tørbåd ApS, collectively known as Cotes, on September 3, 2026. The deal adds energy-efficient adsorption dehumidification technology to CAREL's HVAC and refrigeration controls portfolio.

Carel Industries has announced the acquisition of 100% of the capital of Cotes A/S and Tørvad ApS, collectively known as Cotes, which operate in energy-efficient absorption dehumidification solutions. The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals.
