Eastside Distilling subsidiary Craft Canning + Printing bought a production facility operated by Aprch Beverage in Portland, Oregon, and was contracted to exclusively provide can printing and co-packing for Aprch's products in Washington and Oregon.
Craft Canning became the exclusive provider of can printing and co-packing services to Aprch Beverage Co for products sold in Washington and Oregon, including its CBD water flavors. Supplies began the week before the announcement.
Eastside Distilling subsidiary Craft Canning + Printing acquired the Portland, Oregon production facility previously operated by Aprch Beverage Co. The deal was announced on June 3, 2022.
