NOVAIR USA plans to invest more than $1 million and add 12 jobs at its North Tonawanda, New York plant to expand oxygen and nitrogen generator manufacturing, including moving some production from America Energy in Miami.
Novair, a French in-house gas systems manufacturer, acquired America Energy Inc., a Florida-based maker of air compressors and medical gas systems, effective May 20, 2022. Terms were not disclosed.
