Aliaxis will invest over Rs 550 crore in India to expand Ashirvad Pipes capacity by 30% through greenfield and brownfield projects, including new plants in Hyderabad and Chennai and upgrades in Cuttack and Durgapur.
Ashirvad Pipes of Aliaxis Group agreed with the Telangana government to build a greenfield plant with a Rs 500 crore investment to make plastic pipes, fittings and accessories. The project is expected to create over 500 jobs.
