MAAG Group merges with AMN DPI, French plastic granulation tool maker
Swiss pump maker MAAG Group, part of Dover, merged with AMN DPI, a Normandy-based designer and manufacturer of polymer granulation tools. The deal was advised by Largillière Finance; no value was disclosed.
