First Graphene Limited entered a binding agreement to acquire all assets, intellectual property, product lines and manufacturing capabilities of USA-based MITO Material Solutions. The acquisition expands First Graphene's product portfolio into functionalised graphene technologies and establishes a direct-to-market commercial platform in the USA, targeting defence and aerospace opportunities.
