Herok Group AB

HLL Hyreslandslaget AB, a subsidiary of HLL BondCo AB, has agreed to acquire all shares in Herok Group AB. The combined group will have a strong presence across central and eastern Sweden. Sellers will reinvest a substantial portion of the purchase price.
