Dover has completed its acquisition of Malema Engineering Corporation, which becomes part of its PSG business unit within the Pumps & Process Solutions segment.
Dover agreed to acquire Malema Engineering, a Boca Raton, Florida designer of high-precision flow-measurement instruments for biopharma and semiconductor production, announced May 9, 2022. Malema will join Dover's PSG business unit within the Pumps & Process Solutions segment.
