Sticomax acquires ICS Spiral Freezers
Belgian food processing machinery group Sticomax, backed by Vybros Capital, has acquired Netherlands-based ICS Spiral Freezers, a specialist in spiral freezers, coolers and proofing towers. The acquisition adds approximately €23 million in revenue to Sticomax.
