Invent Smart Intralogistics Solutions

Comau announced it has acquired 100% of Invent Smart Intralogistics Solutions, a Brazilian warehouse automation company, to expand its intralogistics capabilities.

Comau entered into a binding agreement to acquire 100% of Invent, a Brazil-based intralogistics and warehouse automation company, with closing expected in Q3 2026.
