Al Qalaa International Group

Swiss-based Trasteel Holding and UAE-based Al Qalaa International Group have formed a 50:50 joint venture named QTrasteel to expand steel trading, project development, industrial services, and advisory activities across the Middle East and North Africa.

On May 15, 2026, Trasteel announced the establishment of QTrasteel, a 50-50 joint venture with Al Qalaa International Group focused on expanding market access in the MENA region.
