VoltaGrid receives $1B investment from Blackstone and Halliburton, acquires Propell Energy
VoltaGrid announced a $1.0 billion strategic equity investment from Blackstone Tactical Opportunities and Halliburton Company, composed of $775 million primary capital and $225 million secondary purchase. Proceeds will fund behind-the-meter power generation for data centers. VoltaGrid also signed a definitive agreement to acquire Propell Energy Technology Ltd.
