Elphinstone Mechanical Services

SSH Group Ltd has signed a binding agreement to acquire Elphinstone Mechanical Services (EMS), a specialist in heavy mobile equipment maintenance, for up to A$3 million including cash, shares and earn-out. The deal expands SSH's mining services capability and geographic footprint into Queensland, with completion expected before 30 June 2026.
