Novvia Group acquires packaging distributor Southern Container
Novvia Group acquired Southern Container, a Dalton, Georgia distributor of intermediate bulk containers, plastic and steel pails and drums, and other rigid packaging. The terms were not disclosed. The deal closed on April 25, 2022.
