Action Construction Equipment Limited (ACE) and Kato Works Company Limited announced a 50:50 joint venture, ACE KATO Private Limited, to build an 11-acre manufacturing facility in Haryana, India, with an investment of approximately ₹200 crore. The plant will produce truck cranes, crawler cranes and rough terrain cranes.

Action Construction Equipment Limited (ACE India) and KATO Works Co., Ltd. (Japan) announced a 50:50 joint venture, ACE KATO Pvt. Ltd., to manufacture high-capacity cranes in India. The JV will invest approximately ₹200 crore in an 11-acre manufacturing facility in Haryana.

Action Construction Equipment Ltd (ACE) approved the transfer of its Heavy Cranes Business to ACE KATO Private Limited, a 50:50 joint venture with Japan's KATO Works Co., Ltd. ACE's stake in the JV will be restructured to 50%.
