Yongjie New Materials plans to acquire 100% of Arconic (Qinhuangdao) Aluminum Co., Ltd. and 95% of Arconic (Kunshan) Aluminum Co., Ltd. from Arconic (China) Investment Co., Ltd. for approximately $175 million, plus $61.2 million in Ford profit share. The targets produce aluminum can body stock, lithium battery materials, automotive body sheet, and thermal management materials.
