Caxton's CTP to acquire Amcor packaging operations in Cape Town and Gqeberha
Caxton subsidiary CTP Limited agreed to acquire Amcor's bag-in-box and pouching operations in Cape Town and its Port Elizabeth operations for a cash consideration of R90 million. The deal adds packaging capacity in South Africa.
