Winning BLW

Linamar Corporation entered into an agreement to acquire two manufacturing facilities in Remscheid and Penzberg, Germany from Winning BLW. The deal is expected to add approximately $200 million in annualized revenue and will expand Linamar's capabilities in forging and precision gear production.
