JMV Cables

Brødrene A & O Johansen A/S has agreed to acquire 100% of JMV Cables A/S, a Danish supplier of cable solutions for construction, industry and infrastructure, for DKK 55 million plus an earn-out. The acquisition strengthens AO's position in electrification and specialty cables.
