Kennards Hire acquired Solution Plant Hire (SPH), expanding its equipment fleet to include 12–35 tonne excavators and other earthmoving gear, strengthening its ability to support larger civil works and major projects.

Kennards Hire has acquired Solution Plant Hire, a specialist provider of earthmoving and compaction equipment for hire, to strengthen its capability in the civil construction and infrastructure sector. The acquisition includes sites in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, and a new site in Tomago, New South Wales.
