Atlas Copco to acquire Erkat Spezialmaschinen drum-cutter maker
Atlas Copco will acquire Erkat Spezialmaschinen, a 40-person drum-cutter attachment maker based in Hämbach, Germany, for its rock excavation, tunnel and demolition products. The deal value was not disclosed.
