Borosil

Borosil approved expansion of the borosilicate glass furnace capacity at its Jaipur plant from 25 tonnes per day to 32 tonnes per day, with an estimated capital expenditure of ₹50 crore. The expansion will be aligned with the furnace rebuild cycle scheduled for January 2028.

Borosil's board approved setting up a manufacturing facility in Bharuch, Gujarat, to produce glassware products. The project involves an estimated capital expenditure of ₹42 crore and is expected to begin commercial production by December 2026.
