Caba Energy Group

TITAN Group has agreed to a joint venture with Caba Energy Group for a 100MW solar power project already under construction. TITAN will invest €34 million for its 50% share.

TITAN Group completed the acquisition of 100% of Traçim Çimento, a cement plant near Istanbul with 2.5 million tonnes annual capacity. The deal includes rights for a second production line and a joint venture for a 100MW solar project.
