DRC Heat Transfer

Smiths Group agreed to acquire US-based DRC Heat Transfer, a designer and manufacturer of custom heat transfer and cooling solutions for data center power generators, for £164 million. DRC will be integrated into Flex-Tek's industrial heat business.
