GAS and Tubefit Engineers form joint venture to make valves in Saudi Arabia
Saudi Arabian Gas Arabian Services Company (GAS) signed an agreement with India's Tubefit Engineers to set up Tubefit Arabia Factory, a valve and instrumentation fittings joint venture in Saudi Arabia. Tubefit Engineers will hold 53% and GAS 47%, with an investment of $1.33 million.
