Parcom Capital Management B.V. has notified the German Federal Cartel Office of its acquisition of a majority stake and sole control over PlastChem Produktie B.V., Plastchem B.V., P.A.T. Engineering B.V., and PlastChem Circular B.V., all in the Netherlands. The deal was filed on February 9, 2026.
