Forsfood

Forsfood Group Oy has been acquired by Orat Oy and Banmark Oy Ab. The acquisition brings together two Finnish companies in the food processing machinery sector, with Forsfood continuing operations under its existing brand.

Polish potato processor MK Agro has invested in Forsfood's Aurora Borealis USVA rollerknife re-peeler to expand its production line for uncooked potato products. The new line has a capacity of approximately three tons of finished product per hour.
