Furukawa Co., Ltd. and Kawasaki Heavy Industries executed a share transfer agreement for EarthTechnica Co., Ltd., a Kawasaki subsidiary in the crushing and grinding equipment business. Furukawa will acquire all shares in two phases, starting with 60%.
