Hua Hong Grace Semiconductor

Hua Hong Grace Semiconductor and its unit Shanghai Huahong Grace Semiconductor will invest $1.04 billion and $1.08 billion respectively in Wuxi Huahong Grace Semiconductor (Phase III) Manufacturing Co, which plans to establish a 12-inch wafer production line with a monthly capacity of about 55,000 wafers.
