City of Tula

Construction of a mechanical sludge dewatering plant at the city wastewater treatment facilities in Tula, Russia, has reached 40% completion. The plant will process and dewater sludge from wastewater treatment, reducing sludge storage areas and odors. Completion is planned for November 2026.
