DHCare

Ottobock SE & Co. KGaA signed an agreement on June 19, 2026 to sell its Human Mobility wheelchair business unit to DHCare. The transaction is expected to close in H2/2026 and includes German Human Mobility companies and Dutch pediatric wheelchair specialist veldink4Kids.

Rhône Group has completed the acquisitions of Invacare Holdings (Europe and APAC) and Direct Healthcare Group (DHG) through its Fund VI, combining the two businesses to create DHCare, a leader in mobility and post-acute care medical devices. The transaction completed on January 30, 2026.
