Shandong Dawn Polymer Material Co., Ltd. plans to acquire the plastic and engineering plastic compound business of South Korean Hwaseung Chemical in Vietnam through its Singapore subsidiary for a provisional transaction value of $15.737 million. The acquisition will give Dawn Polymer localized production capabilities in Vietnam.

Dowon (Shandong Dawn Polymer) announced it will acquire the plastic and engineering plastic compound business of Hwaseung Chemical Vietnam Co., Ltd. for a tentative total purchase price of US$15.737 million, through its Singapore subsidiary.
