Empower Group announced the acquisition of Rosewood Engineering, a specialist mechanical engineering provider for the UK water sector. Rosewood is headquartered in Blackburn and was founded in 1990.

Empower Technical Services, a London-based consolidator in the UK technical services sector, has acquired Rosewood Engineering, a Blackburn water industry specialist, for an undisclosed sum. Rosewood carries out mechanical installations, maintenance and refurbishment for water and wastewater treatment equipment.
