Embraer to acquire 50% stake in EZ Air Interior from Safran Cabin Brazil
Embraer S.A. entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the 50% stake in EZ Air Interior Limited from Safran Cabin Brazil Ltda. The Chihuahua location, employing about 1,100 people, will become wholly owned by Embraer.
