bluu unit GmbH, a Triton Partners-backed platform, has acquired Tech Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, an Irish specialist in refrigeration and air conditioning. The acquisition marks bluu unit's entry into the Irish market.

Bluu unit GmbH, a Triton portfolio company, acquired Irish company Tech Refrigeration and Air Conditioning, a specialist in refrigeration and air conditioning with around 70 employees based in Dublin.
