Menasha Packaging Company has finalized its acquisition of Color-Box, the corrugated packaging business unit of Georgia-Pacific. Color-Box employs 550 people and operates plants in Richmond, Indiana; Pelahatchie, Mississippi; and Madera, California. Terms were not disclosed.
Menasha Packaging Company signed an agreement to acquire the assets of Color-Box, a corrugated packaging business unit of Georgia-Pacific with about 550 employees and plants in Indiana, Mississippi and California. Terms were not disclosed and closing is expected in early summer 2022.
