Titan Group to acquire Traçim Cement for $190M in greater Istanbul market
Titan SA has signed a share purchase agreement to acquire 100% of Traçim Çimento Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi, which includes a modern integrated cement plant with an annual production capacity of approximately 2.5 million tons of cement. The purchase price is approximately $190 million, and the transaction is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026.
