Beijer Ref has completed the acquisition of Refspecs, a HVAC/R wholesaler in New Zealand, following regulatory approval.

Beijer Ref AB signed a binding agreement to acquire Refspecs Refrigeration Specialties Ltd. The acquisition is subject to approval by the New Zealand competition authority.
