Carrier agrees to acquire Toshiba's stake in Toshiba Carrier VRF and HVAC joint venture
Carrier Global has signed a binding agreement to acquire Toshiba Corporation's ownership stake in Toshiba Carrier Corporation, a VRF and light commercial HVAC joint venture, a deal projected to more than double Carrier's VRF sales.
