ALUULA Composites executed a binding supply purchase agreement with Airseas (OCEANICWING SAS) to supply composite fabrics for the Seawing towing kite system for cargo vessels. The 12-month agreement covers minimum purchase volumes and fixed prices, effective January 1, 2026.
