Sealed Air's SEE acquires Irish flexible packaging firm Foxpak
SEE (NYSE: SEE) announced the acquisition of Foxpak Flexibles Ltd., a privately owned Irish digital-print flexible packaging company with 33 employees, under its SEE Ventures initiative. Terms were not disclosed.
