Tecnimont and MT Russia signed an EPC contract with Rosneft for the VGO Hydrocracking Complex at the Ryazan Refining Company refinery, southeast of Moscow. The contract value is approximately €1.1 billion ($1.2 billion, excluding Russian VAT) and is subject to financial closing.
