Divgi TorqTransfer Systems has received a multi-year contract from Toyota Tsusho India for a transfer case design for a commercial pick-up truck, valued at approximately Rs 62 crore in lifecycle revenue, to be executed over 6 years starting from the first half of FY28.

Divgi TorqTransfer Systems has received a multi-year order from Toyota Tsusho India to supply transfer cases for a commercial pick-up truck for India and international markets. The contract is valued at approximately INR 620 million over six years, starting from H1 FY2028.
